A Little Light in November
Humorous poetry with Jason Couch
30th November 2026 at from 7pm till 8.30 p.m.
Brighten up a dark November evening with a glass of wine and a generous dose of laughter.
Jason Couch returns to Words & Wine with a wonderfully entertaining selection of humorous poetry, finding the funny, absurd and all-too-familiar in every corner of the human experience.
Featuring poems by John Betjeman, Noël Coward, Stanley Holloway and Pam Ayres, among others, the evening promises wit, warmth, sharp observations and plenty of moments that will make you laugh out loud.
A cosy, cheerful antidote to the November gloom — good poetry, good wine and very good company.
