We are constantly receiving reports that some of you are still having problems buying tickets for Iphigenia in Splott via comfortticket.de. We, too, are having trouble opening PDFs for acquired tickets.
Please let comfort ticket know the extent of the problem by sending them an email tickets@comfortticket.de.
If your issue cannot be resolved and you would like to reserve tickets, we can help you by buying the tickets on your behalf and leaving them at the theatre for you to pick up (you can transfer the amount via paypal to Couch Theatre) or there will be a box office (Abendkasse) on the evening at the theatre.
