Rebecca Garron
Chicago native Rebecca Garron has been acting, directing, doing voice-over work, and translating since she came to Germany in 1992. She founded the English-language Rover Rep Theater at Großneumarkt in 2003 and acted as artistic director until the theatre closed in 2013.
She has won several awards for acting and directing, including, most recently, Best Production for The Hunchback Variations at the 2018 FEATS festival, where the production took part under the auspices of The Hamburg Players. Couch Theatre is delighted to have Rebecca read three short stories by Isaac Bashevis Singer for our production of ‘Hanukkah’!
